The approach taken with Intec Rotors focused on method, consistency, and coherence, adapting communication and contact activities to the specifics of a niche, highly complex market.

We began by studying the market and gaining a deep understanding of the dynamics of the target companies, many of which were large, structured, and already established with regular suppliers. The challenge was to make a little-known brand emerge, an ultra-specialised company offering niche products.

The strategy therefore stemmed from the integration of communication and direct relationships. On one hand, we built the company’s LinkedIn page from scratch, clearly showcasing the value of its products, the behind-the-scenes of production, and the quality of the people behind the brand. On the other hand, we developed the professional profiles of Manola Primavera and Andrea Lazzari as natural extensions of the brand: Manola, in particular, became a true voice in the sector, capable of capturing the attention of decision-makers and international stakeholders.

Every piece of content and Social Selling message was designed to create real conversations, personalised according to role, company, and target market. We built a complete journey, where communication conveyed expertise and authority, and relationships transformed visibility into tangible opportunities.

At the same time, we structured Contact Management activities, reaching prospects who were difficult to access in Germany and the USA. Here, precision was key: careful selection of decision-making roles, tailor-made messages, and well-timed follow-ups. Despite low initial responsiveness, the effort led to direct contacts and specific product inquiries, proving that a strategy based on valuable content and targeted relationships can open complex markets even for niche companies.

In summary, our strategy created a coherent path where every action, from the LinkedIn page to personalised messages, was designed to expand the brand, strengthen the leaders’ authority, and turn visibility into meaningful relationships and concrete opportunities.
