Voucher Internationalisation 2023: how to get the contributions of CCIAA of Reggio Emilia
The business world is increasingly global and competitive, and for small and medium-sized enterprises it can be a challenge to expand its presence abroad. Fortunately, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Reggio Emilia launched a new call for incentives to SMEs for international vouchers for the year 2023.
In this article, we will explore what are the expected contributions, eligible expenditure, beneficiaries and timeliness to submit the application, to help b2b companies interested in participating in this financing opportunity.
What is the contribution?
The Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia offers €500.000 to help companies to carry out some specific interventions. the lost and will cover 50% of the costs incurred There are three types of interventions that can be financed:
- Development of internal skills through TEM-DEM- EXIM Manager (max €14,000)
- Realization of “virtual matchmaking” B2B (max €6.000)
- Participation in trade fairs in the presence of abroad (max €8,000), in Italy or virtual (max €6.000)
Companies that have a legal rating (at least a “stelletta” according to the scores defined by the Delibera dell’Associazione Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) will receive a bonus of €250, up to 100% of eligible expenses.
The minimum investment is €3,000. The contributions will be paid with a 4% tax according to article 28, paragraph 2, of the DPR 600/73.
What expenses are eligible?
With this lost-funded funding (voucher), the call for support for business projects that want to expand abroad. Projects must cover international trade activities and may include:
- Studying experts in international marketing, communication, web marketing or export/import processes and internationalisation for at least 4 months to improve the business skills and develop an effective business strategy.
- Organization virtual B2B meetings with international buyers, in view of any future activities.
- Participation in virtual or international fairs in presenceThe costs are only eligible if the company participates as a direct exhibitor or as part of a group organized by Public, Consortia or Associations representing collective interests. Each company can participate in a single trade fair between 01/05/2023 and 30/04/2024.
Who are the beneficiaries?
The benefits are intended for:
- Micro-enterprises
- Small enterprises
- Medium-term enterprises
- consortia of enterprises
with registered office and/or operational unit in the territorial constituency of the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia.
What are the timeliness to submit the application?
- Applications may be submitted from 14 March to 27 July 2023.
- The initiatives financed must be implemented by 30 April 2024.
- Businesses can participate in a single trade fair organized in the period between 01/05/2023 and 30/04/2024.
