Funding lost for participation in international trade fairs abroad, international and national in Italy, regional in Lombardy –

CCIAA di Como-Lecco

The Chamber of Commerce of Como-Lecco has launched a call that supports the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the provinces of Como and Lecco that aims to financially support the expenses related to the participation in international trade fairs, promoting business development in the global context.

The International Trade Fairs Bank offers a contribution of 50% of the costs incurred, up to a maximum of:

€2.500 for regional fairs in Lombardy, with a project of minimum amount of €2,000.
€2.500 for fairs in Italy, with a project of minimum amount of €2.500.
€5.000 for fairs in EU and outside EU, with a project of minimum amount of €2.500.

Eligible expenditure includes:

Rent of exhibition rooms and set up of stands.
Insurance.
Service for transporting equipment.
hostess, steward, interpreter, etc.
Strengthening the means of promotion and marketing in foreign language.
Marketing initiatives provided by the fair program.

Applications for participation may be submitted until 16:00 on 29 September 2023, unless the funds are available to the end of the budget.

Lost fund financing for internationalisation MPMI Firenze 2023 – CCIAA di Firenze

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) with registered office or local units in the district of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence can now benefit from a new call offering lost-funded contributions to promote business development at an international level.

The call for tender contributions to the lost fund amounting to 50% of eligible expenditure, with a minimum cost of 500 euro (excluding VAT) and the following maximum contribution:

1,000 euro for participation in exhibitions/fiere also digital inserted in the Calendar 2023 of the International Fair Events held in Italy;
1.500 euro for all other types of eligible expenses.

The call for a wide range of expenditure, net of VAT, which include:

Percours of strengthening presence abroad, such as expenses for product certifications for export, trademark protection, translation of business materials in foreign language and development of internal skills through a digital export manager.
Development of channels and promotion tools abroad, such as participation in exhibitions/fiere also digital in Italy and abroad, lease of exhibition spaces, interpreter, hostess services, digital marketing campaigns in foreign language and market research activities.

Applications for assistance may be submitted until 31 December 2023.

Call for internationalisation 2023: Voucher for digital and innovative services – CCIAA di Maremma e Tirreno

The Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tirreno launched a call offering vouchers for the purchase of digital and innovative services, designed for support the international business development of companies.

This call provides the possibility of obtaining lost fund contributions covering up to 70% of eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of 200€ or 200€, depending on the category of service selected.

The expenditure which is part of the financing is varied and includes:

Analysis and orientation for international expansion.
Development of innovative promotional tools.
Specialist support abroad to promote new business partnerships.

Applications for participation may be submitted from 23 February 2023 to 09:00 until 30 November 2023 at 23:59.

Bando Voucher Internationalisation: Opportunities for SMEs in Reggio Emilia –

CCIAA di Reggio Emilia

The Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia has recently launched an exclusive call for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for 2023, providing a fund-funded loan for the lost €500.000. This extraordinary opportunity offers a contribution of 50% of expenditure incurred in three different types of interventions aimed at internationalisation:

Development of internal skills: support to acquire the skills needed to operate effectively on the international market.
Virtual Matchmaking B2B: opportunities for virtual meetings between companies to establish solid international business relations.
Participation in fairs in presence or virtual: financial support to participate in international fairs with certified qualification, offering a wide visibility and the opportunity to create global connections.

The eligible expenditure is a wide range of international trade activities, such as the jointing of experts in marketing, virtual B2B meetings and participation in internationally recognized trade fairs. This initiative is open to micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as to the consortia of companies in the territorial constituency of the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia.
