The Lombardy and Tuscany regions opened in July 2023 of the calls for support of the internationalisation of companies with registered offices in these regions. The bands provide vouchers for partial coverage of the expenses incurred for the acquisition of consultancy, training and assistance for internationalisation.

Here are the contributions for internationalisation open in July 2023:

Bando Fiere 2023: lost fund grants for SMEs in Bergamo

Chamber of Commerce of Bergamo has published a call for grants to the micro, small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) of Bergamo which invest resources in direct participation in trade fairs or samples held between the 1 June 2023 and 31 May 2024.

The measure granted is a loss of contribution equal to the 50% of eligible expenditure, which concern:

Rental of exhibition spaces;
Costs of preparation;
Staff;
Transportation and accommodation;
Advertising and marketing;
Other expenses directly connected with the participation in the fair.

The ban is allowed for Bergamo companies with a turnover of less than 2 million euros and a number of employees less than 50.

Costs may be related to direct participation in:

Regional Fairs taking place in Lombardy (maximum contribution of 2,000 €);
National Fairs in Italy (maximum contribution of € 3,500);
International Fairs in Italy (maximum contribution of €5,000);

On 12 June the possibility of submitting the application for the first window is closed for the exhaustion of funds. The second window will open on September 18, 2023 and will refer to the fairs that will take place from 1 December 2023 to 31 May 2024.

Voucher Internationalisation 2023 Bergamo Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce of Bergamo has published a call for the provision of lost fund contributions for companies with registered office in Italy and at least one legal or operational headquarters in the province of Bergamo that want to internationalize.

Beneficiaries may obtain a lost fund contribution up to € 8,000 for the realization of consultancy and assistance for internationalisation.

Funds are:

Consulting for the definition of an internationalisation strategy
Training on internationalisation issues
Assistance for participation in international trade fairs and events
Support for translation and localization of products and services
Assistance for opening branches or offices abroad
Assistance for the search of new customers and foreign partners

The deadline for submitting applications is the 15 November 2023.

The Chamber of Commerce of Como-Lecco has published a lost fund financing call for participation in international trade fairs abroad, international and national in Italy and regional in Lombardy.

The call is aimed at micro enterprises, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with registered office and operational in the provinces of Como and Lecco.

The financing is granted in the form of a lost and may cover up to 50% of eligible expenditure, which include:

The Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tirreno has published a call for the lost funding of companies that want to internationalize their business.

The call is aimed at micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of all economic sectors, with registered office or operational units in the province of Grosseto or Livorno.

Financing can be used to support The following expenses:

The amount of the funding is 70% of eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of €2.500 for micro enterprises and €2,000 for SMEs.

The Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo-Siena has opened a call for the lost fund financing of promotional interventions in favor of the Export of micro-businesses, SMEs and innovative start-ups with registered office in the province of Siena.

Funds can be used to support following expenditure:

Renting of premises for participation in international fairs and events;
Internationalisation consultancy services;
Translation and localization services;
Marketing and communication services;
Other costs related to participation in international trade fairs and events.

The maximum amount of funding is 1.500 euro and the deadline for submitting applications is the 15 December 2023.

Beneficiaries may obtain a lost fund financing until 1.500 euro for micro-enterprises and up to 500 euro for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The financing may be used to support the following costs:
