Approved with Deliberation of the Junta, this call offers financial support to companies based in the province of Turin, encouraging them to actively participate in international fairs and promote their global presence.
Who can participate?
The call is open to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MPMI) with registered office and/or an operational unit in the province of Turin. It is essential that companies are active, in accordance with annual payments and meet the requirements specified in the regulation.
Admissible expenditure:
Covered expenses include rental of exhibition areas, staging stands, shipping materials, promotion expenses, interpreters and more. However, some expenses, such as stay and travel, are excluded.
Contribution and Expiry:
The companies that meet the requirements can receive a voucher of 80% of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of €2.000,00. It is important to note that the contributions will be paid with a 4% deposit. The deadline for submitting the applications is 29 February 2024, with possibility of early closure in case of exhaustion of funds.

Beneficiaries:
MPMI companies with headquarters or local units in the Marches, registered and active in the Business Register, can benefit from the call, in accordance with the payment of the annual law, and that meet the requirements specified in the Regulation.
Financial assistance:
The contribution is intended for companies participating in trade fairs, both in the presence and virtual, aimed at the presentation, promotion and/or marketing of goods and services.
Admissible expenditure:
For the fairs in the presence, the covered expenses include rental exhibition spaces, stand-up, realization of coordinated images, insurance, material transport, interpreting activities and more. For digital fairs, the costs of registration/use of digital platforms and the realization of coordinated images for virtual stand are eligible.
Concedible contributions:
The contribution, to the gross of the 4% acceptance, varies according to the type of fair:
- Fairs in Italy: 60% of the expenses incurred, up to €4.500,00.
- Trades abroad (EU countries): 60% of the costs incurred up to €4.500,00.
- Trades abroad (EU extra countries): 60% of the costs incurred up to €5.500,00.
- Fair in the Marche: 60% of the costs incurred up to €400,00.
- Digital Fairs: 60% of the costs incurred up to €1,500,00.
Time, Presentation Mode and Deadline:
Applications may be sent in telematics from 10:00 on 16 July 2024 to 16:00 am on 22 July 2024. The requests will be evaluated according to the chronological priority of online presentation and to the compliance with the norms of the call.
