What is the contribution?
The facilitation provides for a contribution of 50% of eligible expenditure, with a ceiling of:
- € 2.000 for initiatives in Italy or in one of the 27 countries of the European Union
- € 2.500 for extra EU initiatives, including the UK.
It is essential to highlight that digital fairs are also eligible.
What expenses are eligible?
The following are the expenses eligible for the contribution to the SME of Modena for participation in international fairs – Year 2023:
- Preliminary check-up with country expert;
- Interpreter;
- Organization of B2B meetings;
- Organization of individual visits;
- Organization of collective cognitive visits;
- Collective catalogue;
- Exhibition space and related exhibition;
- Shipping of material and samples;
- Other services closely linked to the initiative.
Travel and stay expenses are not eligible, as well as promotional expenses not strictly related to the initiative.
Who are the beneficiaries?
The companies that can take advantage of the change are as follows:
- Micro-enterprises
- Small enterprises
- Medium-term enterprises
All these must be located in the Province of Modena and must be involved in internationalisation projects.
What are the timeliness to submit the application?
- You can send your requests for assistance in telematics.
- The period to send questions goes from 10:00 am on Friday 16 June until 12:00 pm on Tuesday 27 June 2023.
- The legal representative of the company must digitally sign the application.
